These are the current prices.  Prices are on the move and may change daily.  We do not match prices of other carpet cleaners as their chemicals, methods, techniques, equipment and general quality standards are not equal to ours.  In carpet cleaning as in life you get what you pay for.  A prime rib dinner in a fine restaurant cannot be purchased for the price of a Happy Meal and yet both can be said to contain real beef commercially prepared.

Individual areas larger than 300 square feet are divided by 300 and rounded up to the next whole number to determine billed areas. All areas to be cleaned are pre-vacuumed and those using the VLM method are post vacuumed as well. Scotchgard treatments are applied at the end of the cleaning process if ordered by customer.

Stain treatment starts at $35 per stained stain. We do not offer repairing, installation or re-stretching of carpet.

Sofas, entire sectionals and Loveseats are cleaned at the rate of $35 per running foot. Winged Back chairs start at $100. All other chairs including recliners start at $50. Tile & Grout is cleaned at $2 per square foot.  Steps (staircases are made up of steps and landings) are $2 each, landings are $4 each.  Walk-In Closets count as a room.
