Baby Safe FAQs
QUESTION: How much is the cost of your green
carpet cleaning service at Baby Safe Carpet Cleaning?
ANSWER: As these are very special chemicals and the time and effort
needed to properly clean with them is extensive, here at Baby Safe Carpet
Cleaning the cost will be higher than the services you are accustomed to. Think
of this as the difference between buying a hybrid or gas burning automobile.
Green alternatives do come at a premium.
QUESTION: How firm is the estimate I did online at Baby Safe Carpet
Cleaning?
ANSWER: An estimate is a guestimate. It is a best guess only. An estimate
is not a bid. A bid is both a firm price and a vow to provide the service. It is
a contract between you and us. Baby Safe Carpet Cleaning does not bid on
residential carpet but we do bid on all commercial cleaning assignments through
Duck Country Carpet Cleaning.
QUESTION: What form of payments do you accept?
ANSWER: Baby Safe Carpet Cleaning accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and
American Express in the name of the customer only. Debit cards are not accepted.
We also do not currently accept checks or cash.
QUESTION: Is this considered deep cleaning?
ANSWER: We do provide deep restorative cleaning here at Baby Safe Carpet
Cleaning but only on carpet in a sad state of dis-repair and of course at a
greater than estimated price. The chemicals and equipment used remain green. It
is the methods themselves that are more intense and time consuming.
QUESTION: Will you match competitive offers?
ANSWER: Baby Safe Carpet Cleaning has no equal and has researched its
prices determining that these are fair and competitive prices when taking into
consideration companies located throughout all of North America that come close
to our services. While we do not match competitive offers, we do believe our
offers are competitive based on our own research conducted up to five times
daily. That is why you may notice our prices can change during the day and the
price you did not take action on to secure a cleaning job is actually replaced
by a different price, generally higher.
QUESTION: My concern is leaving doors open to the environment outside,
unwanted rodents and uninvited guests. Are the doors left open for hoses or any
other reason?
ANSWER: Once we have all necessary equipment and chemicals inside we
close the door and keep it that way until it is time to extract everything at
the end of the service. Baby Safe Carpet Cleaning respects your wishes by not
leaving doors open during the performance of our services.
QUESTION:
Why can't I find your listing under carpet
cleaners in any yellow page if you have been
in business for as long as you claim?
ANSWER: Lack of proper procedures at
Comcast Business Services not only failed to
maintain our listing, it resulted in our
removal from every 411. While their
feeble efforts to remedy the situation has
resulted in our inclusion in 411 directories
we have had no proof provided by the yellow
page publishers that they have been given
the correct information for next year's
directories. Our recommendation is to
avoid Comcast entirely as their reckless
business practices turn customers into
casualties.
